According to our complaint policy, products are complained about at the place of purchase.

If you notice any defects in the product that have been purchased from Metsola's online store or pop-up, please notify us as soon as possible. The normal complaint period for the product is approx. 6 months from the time of purchase of the product (not from the date of introduction of the product). We handle each complaint individually. Submit a product error report on this form to expedite processing.
