Terms & Conditions

CURRENCY AND VAT

You pay using Euros and our prices include Finnish VAT. All prices are shown in online store and cart supports Euros, Swedish crowns, Norwegian crowns, Danish crowns, British pound sterling and US Dollars. We use the European Central Bank's day rate for currency exchange.

Delivery fee

Most countries in Europe (Parcel Connect):

In Parcel Connect supported regions the shipping cost is 4,90 EUR. For shipping we use Finnish Posti (In Baltic countries known as Itella). Posti works in cooperation with DHL and Bring. Customs does not collect taxes on the item and you do not have to clear it through customs (inside EU only). IMPORTANT: Please be aware that we may have to contact you if the order is too valuable and has additional shipping costs. Due to the number of products we sell it is impossible for us to calculate shipping accurately every time. We have the right to cancel the order if needed.

11th of May 2018 Parcel Connect supported countries are Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Spain and Portugal. Rest of the world (Priority parcel)

Countries not supported by “Parcel connect” the shipping cost is 9,90 EUR. A Priority parcel reaches anyone anywhere in the world. The destination country taxes and customs charges are charged from the consignee (except in EU). IMPORTANT: Please be aware that we may have to contact you if the order is too valuable and has additional shipping costs. Due to the number of products we sell it is impossible for us to calculate shipping accurately every time. We have the right to cancel the order if needed.

Delivery time

We on average handle your order within 1-2 workdays. Please note that during busy periods, such as with sales, it may take a little longer. We process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email once your order is ready and has been dispatched. Estimated shipping time in Europe is 2-5 workdays and rest of the world 6-14 workdays. Not included are delays caused by consignments of customs measures. 

Tracking and receiving of parcel

When we have sent your parcel, you will get a confirmation email. Please follow the notifications via SMS message and / or email provided by our courier. They will show the location and delivery status of your parcel in real-time.

Depending on the country, where the parcel is received, it will primarily be delivered either to your home address, the closest parcel pickup point or nearest postal office. The item will be stored for 14 days after the attempted delivery or notification of arrival. 

In Parcel Connect deliveries, a Parcel Return Connect address label is in the parcel which the recipient can use to return the delivery by taking the item to any pickup point. Customers outside the “Parcel connect” organize return of the products themselves.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please give us a call as soon as possible. If an order has already been shipped out, we cannot cancel or change your order, but you are always welcome to return the item(s) once they've been received. 

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with the products please return the unused items in their original condition, all labels and tags attached with original packing. Return or exhange items within 14 days of receipt. You can also return sale products.

For the customers using Parcel Connect the product replacement is free of charge, but return delivery is 3,50 EUR. One free exchange per order. Add the filled change/return form to the package for a refund (minus shipping & return fee). The form will be included with the order. If the form is missing, please contact our customer service. The recipient returns the parcel to the pickup point. Customers outside the “Parcel connect” organize and pay the return of the products themselves. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that you secure the parcel to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Keep the return receipt of the parcel you are returning incase the package is not returned to our warehouse. Refund is made within 30 days.  Take into account our return requirements. All goods will be inspected on return.  

Notice of defect

We check all items prior to dispatch. If an item still arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately. Only manufacturing faults belong to the claim law. The right to appeal does not include, for example, faults caused by normal wear and tear. Keep your order confirmation as it will serve as your receipt for your order. Please contact our customer service in every complaint situation.
